I’m a certified sound therapist and former ICU nurse with over a decade of trauma-informed experience. My work supports women and teams in reconnecting to their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and building resilience through the transformative power of sound and somatic healing.

For 12 years, I served on the frontlines of critical care, witnessing firsthand the toll that chronic stress, trauma, and burnout can take—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Over time, I came to see that so many of us are living in a state of disconnection: from our bodies, from our inner knowing, and from the simple joy of being present. That realization led me to step away from code blues and shift toward a path rooted in restoration and wholeness.

Today, I facilitate sound healing experiences that are both therapeutic and deeply nourishing. These sessions are designed to help high-achieving, overextended women and values-driven teams slow down, feel again, and access their natural state of balance and vitality. My approach blends science, spirituality, and nervous system-informed care to create space for genuine transformation.

I believe that healing doesn’t have to be heavy or clinical—it can be gentle, grounded, and even beautiful. Through sound, intention, and presence, I help people come home to themselves.
